01Understand what verification can and cannot do+
ShipdeHop uses an email magic link to sign in. Production Aadhaar verification is unavailable and is not a signup requirement. Some sensitive actions may use progressive verification as the product develops. Profile information cannot guarantee another person’s behaviour.
02Before accepting a parcel+
Know what is inside, inspect the disclosed item and assess its packaging. Confirm packed weight, dimensions and recipient details. Decline unknown contents, prohibited goods or requests that cannot be explained clearly.
03At pickup and delivery+
Meet at an agreed, accessible location. Check the person and item against the arrangement before completing the exchange. Use any handoff confirmation available in the app only at the actual exchange. Never confirm delivery in advance.
Keep your email sign-in link private. It is not a parcel handoff code.
04Before sharing a ride+
Confirm the person, vehicle information available in the app, pickup and destination. Tell someone you trust about your journey. Do not get in if the arrangement does not match what you agreed.
05For a marketplace purchase+
Review condition, defects and included accessories. Decide who will inspect and package the item. A traveller collecting a purchase is not automatically responsible for verifying authenticity or the seller’s claims.
06When something is wrong+
Stop the exchange if you feel unsafe or the item differs from the description. Preserve the conversation and journey record and use the official support/reporting options available in the app. In immediate danger, contact local emergency services; the website and game are not emergency-response services.
07No blanket safety promise+
ShipdeHop does not promise insurance, payment protection, guaranteed delivery or guaranteed safety. Check each arrangement and decline if the details do not fit.
