01How do I sign in?+
ShipdeHop uses an email magic link to sign in. Production Aadhaar verification is unavailable and is not a signup requirement. Some sensitive actions may use progressive verification as the product develops.
Open the sign-in link sent to your email address. Keep the link private; ShipdeHop support and other travellers do not need it.
02Set up the details that matter+
Keep your profile accurate. Each journey needs its own route, date, capacity and meeting arrangements. Signing in does not confirm someone else’s identity or guarantee a match.
03How do I delete my account?+
In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account & data. Website beta-list subscriptions are separate: use the private opt-out link shown after signup or contact shipsterheadquarter@gmail.com.
04Website signup is separate+
The +91 mobile-number form registers interest in Android updates and beta testing. It does not create an app account, verify your identity or send an instant message.

Can I join the beta list here?+
Yes. The website collects an Indian mobile number with consent for updates. This is separate from app account creation.
