01Everyday items to assess+
Books, clothing, shoes and ordinary household items can be starting points for a parcel discussion when they are lawful, disclosed and packed appropriately. These are examples to assess, not an automatically accepted list.
Each traveller’s route, transport mode and available capacity still need to fit the package.
02Items that need extra care+
Electronics can contain batteries. Liquids can leak. Glass and instruments can break. Food can spoil. Ask about the exact item and check the chosen transport operator’s current restrictions before matching.
Do not use this product preview for medical emergencies, temperature-controlled supplies, live animals, dangerous goods or high-value transfers that need specialist handling or insurance.
03Never carry unknown or unlawful contents+
Do not send or accept illegal, stolen, undisclosed or prohibited items. Do not conceal an item under a false description. If you cannot establish what a package contains, do not carry it.
04Prepare a useful parcel request+
A clear description helps the traveller judge whether the parcel will fit and whether they can carry it. Include the recipient’s availability as well as the sender’s.
- Item name, quantity and condition
- Packed weight in kg and dimensions in cm
- Number of separate packages
- Pickup and destination with six-digit PIN codes
- Date/time windows and contact arrangements
- Packaging and any handling needs
05Pack for a shared journey+
Protect edges and moving parts, keep small accessories together and avoid loose contents. A traveller’s bag may also hold their own belongings, so packaging should prevent leakage, scratching and movement.
Agree the condition at pickup and complete the relevant handoff steps at the exchange. A clear description is useful, but it does not create insurance or a guaranteed delivery outcome.
