The details that matter.
Clear expectations make better connections. Open a topic when you need the detail.
011. Set up your account+
ShipdeHop uses an email magic link to sign in. Production Aadhaar verification is unavailable and is not a signup requirement. Some sensitive actions may use progressive verification as the product develops.
022. Choose what you need+
Send or carry a parcel through ParcelPool. Find or offer a shared ride through CarPool. Buy or sell through Marketplace. Each task needs its own details even though they belong to one account.
033. Make the details match+
Route, direction and time come first. Then check seats, luggage, parcel capacity or the seller’s collection arrangements. A good match is specific enough that both people know what they are agreeing to.
044. Coordinate and confirm+
Use the conversation to agree the exchange. Keep a record of the agreed details. Any handoff confirmation available in the app should reflect an actual exchange, not a promise that it will happen later.
055. Keep the record+
History, messages and notifications bring the activity together. Keep your item description and agreed terms accurate so the record reflects what actually happened.
