Write a clear pickup brief
State model, grip condition and whether restringing is needed. Add the agreed person, place, time window and recipient details in the app conversation. Keep private addresses and phone numbers out of a public listing.
Agree the inspection boundary
Inspect frame joins, shaft alignment, strings and grip. Specify which checks the traveller is expected and able to make. If the buyer needs a specialist inspection, arrange it before collection rather than assuming the traveller can do it.
Match the parcel to the brief

Keep the handoff clear
